Oh so good! I’m going to be making this for sure but one ? This might sound weird, but I cannot have garlic anymore and I am so upset and miss it greatly! My ? Is what on earth can I substitute for such a great flavor I miss so much? I’m learning to cook vegan as my whole health system turned on me this year. I’ve tried so many if your recipes so thanks so much! Appreciate any ideas, ty!

I confess I cooked the veg in a wok, cuz I made it on a very cold and rainy day so cold noodles and veg weren’t resonating. BUT this wad absolutely delicious. The peanut sauce was chef’s kiss.
