Another hit you guys! Haven’t been disappointed with one of your recipes yet. I’ve been itching to make this ever since discovering this recipe about a month ago.

I used a spring form pan and a 1 to 1 gluten free flour blend. I used instant coffee and didn’t have chocolate milk so added another T of cocoa powder. It was delicious.

My golly golly gosh- this cake is divine. It was very easy to assemble and whilst baking, my home smelt like willy wonka’s chocolate paradise!
Next time I think I will add some crushed hazelnut in the streusel top to add further crunch and give a slight Nutella flavour. But overall this doesn’t take away from the stellar recipe this is!
