What sort of yellow squash do you recommend? I got a Butternut and realized that’s likely not the right kind for this recipe. Should I find yellow zucchini and if I can’t find just substitute green zucchini?

Delicious! i used what veggies i had on hand, didn’t have fish sauce so i used vegan Worcestershire. the nuts were so good on top. quick and easy. Love it.
